This section describes the lean approach we're proposing for the live environment testing.

Recall, the problem we're solving:

How might we identify and reduce customer's risk through helping them improve their driving behaviour?

Testing to be done in 3 phases:

1. Are the users willing to change their driving behaviour?
2. What type of rewards are important to users (considering they are willing to change their driving behaviour)?
3. What type of reward mechanisms will work (can we create delight?) - concepts testing

🧐 Guiding Principles

• Development: do as little development as possible - no, do not even think about the Zego App...
• Telematics: use the Driveway stock app
• Backend and operations: if the data is not automated, do it manually
• Users: when setting up test group choose drivers in the same score range, and remember to have a control group
• Variables: have as little variables to be tracked in each test
